I have known and used Ulises's team at Mar Elite roofing for a few years now. In an environment like S. Florida where every other roofer does a sub-par job and charges exorbitant rates, it is really refreshing to come across someone who does the exact opposite - high quality job at very fair rates. Since my house is a townhome, we have a large common roof split across three neighbors.
